We will list the property Aggressively. We use MLS, Flyers, Our website, and our personal contacts.
We will do a minimum once a month drive by of the property and a quarterly interior inspection of the property.
We will provide you with a minimum of 2 estimates for any repairs or services required to maintain the property. Items considered to be 24 hour emergency by law are expected.
We will provide a monthly statement along with quarterly and annual reports.
We have contractors available to respond in the event of a 24 hour emergency situation. Nevada statutes consider broken water heater, A/C, heat and Security (doors and windows) to be emergency situations requiring 24 hour response. In these rare cases we will not be able to provide estimates.
We have a phone number and a website that allows the tenant to contact us regarding and repairs or problems that may need attention. They will not be calling you!!
We screen all tenants for credit, residency history, criminal record and employment.
